PORTLAND — The inaugural St. Honorè Criterim presented by Sorella Forte and Giro Events took over a small corner of Northwest Portland Saturday for a full day of racing around an eight-corner, one kilometer criterium course with a start/finish in front of Lucky Labrador Brewing.
