CASCADE LOCKS — The Grand Prix Tina Brubaker continued Saturday in the Columbia River Gorge at Cascade Locks with the first day of the the Double Cross weekend. Hood River’s David Mackintosh was on hand to capture some of the action. Check out some of David’s photos below.
