Wait-Molyneux, Christiansen set pace at Jack Frost TT

VANCOUVER — Colby Wait-Molyneux kicked off his first season in the Senior Men ranks by setting the fastest time at the Jack Frost Time Trial Sunday in Vancouver. Ironclad Performance Wear’s Anna Christiansen set the fastest mark for the women.

Wait-Molyneux covered the 12.4 mile out-and-back course in 25 minutes, 53 seconds. The young rider’s mark was 10 seconds faster than second-placed Josh Liberles, who clocked 26:03.00. Todd Gallaher, winner of Saturday’s Masters 40+ event at the Cherry Pie Road Race, was third-fastest male rider on the day with a time of 26:44.00. Christiansen’s 30-minute winning mark was 40 seconds faster than runner-up Sarah Tisdale of Sorella Forte. Tisdale’s teammate Kim Reuter was third fastest woman with a time of 31:25.00.
